Berries of Chile in Poland
The Executive Director of Berries of Chile, Felipe Rosas, expose the "Summary of the global situation of raspberries and prospects" in VI Meeting of raspberry-producing countries of the IRA (International Raspberry Association) in Poland between 26 and May 28, 2008.
"The central theme will be how to build a generic promotion of raspberries to achieve increase consumption and that prices are not dependent almost solely and solely on what happens in the main producing countries in the world (Serbia) that produces little when prices rise and vice versa, we refer to raspberries which are processed 90% of Tranz volume in the world", explains Felipe Rosas.
The current members of the IRA are USA, Canada, Chile, England, Scotland, France, Poland, Hungary, Serbia and China, invited to Poland: Argentina, Mexico, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia focusing almost 100% raspberries in the world.
