Chile stands out in London as an exporter with 30,000 tons of berries in 2007/2008

In 2007-2008, Chile exported 30,000 tons of blueberries worldwide. The main destination markets are US-Canada, which buys 78% of Chilean blueberries.
Chile is leading the development of the blueberry industry in the Southern Hemisphere and is located at 5 th place as a world producer.
